| Other Information | Florey is centred around Modbury, one of South Australia's largest regional centres. Frances has lived in the area since 1976 and has been employed locally for over 10 years. Having children of her own was the catalyst for becoming involved in community work, originally at a local kindergarten, while continually working with local action groups.
